Shipping Destinations

We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping to our customers.
Please be aware that there are certain countries we are unable to ship to at this time. This limitation is due to external factors beyond our control and not a decision made by us.
These are: Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine. Russia. Belarus. The Gaza Strip region in Palestine. Ecuador. Cuba. Iran. Syria. North Korea.

Rest of the world: 10 business days

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking ID via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Returns and Exchanges

Since our products are made to your order, we only accept returns for items with technical defects (Later on, they are exchanged for the correct product). The product must be unworn and unwashed. If your order has a manufacturing error, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.
Please remember that to return the item, you will be responsible for paying shipping fees.
